What could a financial counsellor do for you?

• A financial counsellor does not tell you what to do.
• A counsellor does discuss a number of options with a client and then follows the plan the client chooses.
• Services are free and confidential.
• Services include acting as a go-between with creditors to take pressure off clients. However, if clients don't want counsellors to give out information to anyone, those requests are followed.
